Frequently Asked Questions

Is a credit card required to start the trial?

No, all you need is to supply an email where we can send the credentials to login, and select a username.

What happens after the trial ends?

Your date (source, filters, destinations, routes) will all be retained for a period of time. We will also send a reminder email a few days before the end of your trial. After the trial is complete, if you'd like to continue using the service, you can login to the management console and add a payment method.

What happens if I change plans in the middle of the billing cycle?

Your plan cost will be prorated from the point at which you switch plans, but your entitlement will be updated immediately. For example, if in the 15th day of your billing cycle you change from Team to Professional, your payment method will be charged approximately $12 (half of Team) + $48 (half of Professional), and your entitlement will reflect Professional immediately.

How do billing overages work?

We will round down to the nearest 100k Events on a paid tier. For example, if you are using the Team plan and you use 278k Events, we will bill for:

  • $24 for the base plan
  • + $5 for the next 100k Events
  • = $29 for the month
